Off-Grid John: The Introduction Video.
This is the introductory video to the series I am slowly but surely putting together. It gives a general overview of what I am attempting to do and why I'm attempting to do it.
Hi John! Just found this, a bit by accident. Congratulations and I'm looking forward to more videos. I'm sure many would like to know the technical details of being off grid and still using computers, food issues, money (?) and also the emotional side of this. How will loneliness, if any, play out?; isolation for any length of time can be a real growth opportunity, but now without its difficulties.
Aren't yurts wonderful? :) What climate are you in and if winter will bring new challenges, how are you planning for that?
